Due to the nature of our inventory, all book sales are final and non-refundable. We encourage customers to review their selections carefully before completing a purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your book or item arrives damaged due to transit, we’re happy to help. Please follow these steps:

  1. Take a clear photo of the damaged item and its packaging.
  2. Email the photo and a brief description of the issue to hello@charmedpagebooks.com within 10 business days of delivery.
  3. Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or store credit.
